We guide you through the process every step of the way, preparing and filing your documents correctly the first time.

For Uncontested and Agreed upon cases, our flat rate includes:

• Complete form preparation for both parties
• Photocopy required court documents
• Filing all documents with the Courthouse
• Process Serving by mail (Notice and Acknowledgment)
• Dissomaster support calculation (if applicable)
• Notary Public service at our office (if applicable)

There are three main phases to the process. The first is providing us generic information regarding the parties and any children (name, address, telephone, residency, etc.). We prepare the initial divorce documents, and file them at the court. The second is the disclosure phase; the identification and valuation of assets and debts, and income and expenses for both parties This is required by the court in every dissolution (even if everything is agreed upon). The third is the final Judgment phase. This may include a Marital Settlement Agreement, if there are children, community property/debt, or other agreements to be put into writing.

For uncontested cases with no minor children, no community property/debt, and a Marital Settlement Agreement is not needed, request Information Worksheet #1. Our full service fee from start to finish is a flat rate of $400. The Court's filing fee is $435.

For uncontested cases with no minor children, but there is community property/debt, or a Marital Settlement Agreement is necessary, request Information Worksheet #2. Our full service fee, from start to finish, including form preparation for both parties, is a flat rate of $600. The Court's filing fee is $435.

For uncontested cases with minor children and/or community property/debt, in which a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) is necessary, request Information Worksheet #3. Our full service fee, from start to finish, including form preparation for both parties, is a flat rate of $600. The Court's filing fee is $435.
