Modifying an existing order is a simple, straight-forward process. If the parties agree on the changes, a Stipulation (written agreement) can be prepared and submitted to the court for approval and filing, without a court hearing.

Our flat rate is $500 and includes Notary Public at our office. The court's filing fee is $20.

If the parties are not in agreement and the case will be contested, you will need a court hearing. We do not prepare court documents for contested issues.

We will also need a file-stamped copy of the current order you are trying to modify. This order can be scanned and emailed, faxed, or mailed to our office. Once received, we will get started right away.
